Ava's Bigfoot Stomp 2025

We are honored to be part of this year’s "Bigfoot Stomp" event as we remember our baby girl Miren.

We recently had our old Stake President and his wife reach out to us. Their teenage daughter Ava passed away unexpectedly a few years ago. As a way to honor her, they started The Live Like Ava Mickelson Foundation. Every year they host a fun run and service project. When they heard about Miren's passing, they wanted to hold this year's event in memory of her.

In some ways it is hard to write a letter to you, since we haven’t met yet. But in other ways, we already know a lot about you. We know that you are incredibly brave and loving to be considering such a hard choice on behalf of your precious child.
